Fee Structure/ Deposit Policy

There is a non-refundable $100 Deposit required when you schedule your next shoot with JVS Photography. The deposit must be made within 5 days of making your appointment. If you need to reschedule your photo shoot, you must contact us no less than 24 hours before your shoot is scheduled to start to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. The balance (minus your $100 deposit) will be due before the photo shoot begins.All fees (printing or CD) must be paid before production begins, and will be due within 5 days of ordering. Payments can be made by check, cash, debit or credit card.

"On Time" Policy

JVS Photography has a great emphasis on doing things in a timely manner, and this includes conducting the shoot. We will do our best to stay on schedule and will give as accurate as possible quotes on time related issues. Please bear in mind, that these quotes also include the timely arrival of the model. Any time that a model is late, time will be forfeited from the quote time of the shoot. In other words, be on time!

Delivery Policy

Print orders are usually ready within 3-4 weeks of a paid order. (Please allow extra time for large-volume orders, and orders during high-volume periods, which may take a little extra time.) Images on CD are usually ready within 10 days of a paid order.

Viewing Policy

Photos will be available to review online within 72 hours of the photo shoot. You will receive a unique page and password that will include the images from your shoot. You will also receive a form to fill out and return that you can use to outline which images you would like for print, and digitally. Our staff is also available to offer suggestions on the best images from the shoot. You can choose from a wide variety of sizes, special effects, and gift ideas as well. Images will remain online for viewing for 60 days after the shoot and will then be archived. Photos will still be available for print at a surcharge of $15.

Copyright Usage Policy

All models, actors, and actresses will sign a release and usage agreement prior to the photo shoot. All web ready files will have a copyright notice attached. Printed portfolio usage, and digital portfolio usage rights will be granted for final pictures. Magazine submissions as well as reprinted copies and full usage rights must obtain extra permissions before done.

Group Shots Policy

JVS Photography has worked on many projects that include more than one person. Please keep in mind that these shoots do require extra time on site and more time in post production work. Group Shots rates are determined based upon the number of people in the shots. Please contact us for more information and a quote if you are interested in getting your next group project started.

Release Form/ Age Verification Policy

All models are required to sign a model release form prior to a shoot. Also, all models photographed with JVS Photography must present a valid state issued ID before the shoot. No exceptions will be made, and no photo shoots will be conducted without these materials.
